the way how you do pickup depends on the Gatekeeper you are using. Here is how to do it if your Gatekeeper is the innovaphone PBX:

• add yourself to a new group, named "Regina's Pickup" for example
• make sure you are "active" in this group
• configure this group in the "group indication" drop down
• add all users you want to be able to pick up from to this group (not active)
• in the IP200, configure one of the programmable softkey with function "pickup list"

When a call alerts at a phone in this group, you will see a bell next to the softkey. You can use the softkey to pickup the call.
