InnoStats is a web based software that provides comprehensive reporting on Innovaphone PBX traffic.

The Innovaphone PBX series supports advanced, complex call routing logic for your organization. It allows to combine a.o. IVR, announcement messages and queues according to your needs. With InnoStats, XQTING offers a web based tool to report on these Waiting Queue objects. An easy interface helps you to get results in just a couple of clicks. More advanced users can benefit from the powerful SQL query building tool. No programming skills are required. Three levels of users are defined for optimal use and safety: system administrator, manager and viewer. For each category of objects, one or more type of reports are available. Call lists: an overview of calls that comply with certain conditions (e.g. missed calls, calls outside office hours) Distribution report: graphical representation of choices made in IVR menus (e.g. % of the callers select option 1 in the main menu) Service report: provides information that allows you to check whether SLAs are met (e.g. % of the calls answered within 15”).

InnoStats reveals a wealth of call and caller information that was difficult to access and interpret up till now. Get your report of the day, the last 7 days, this month, or any period just by a couple of clicks. Interpret, change (bar, line, stacked, tiled) graphs according to your needs/preferences and save them as a .png so that you can use it for instance in a presentation.

Interaction between InnoStats and Innovaphone looks as follows:

The InnoStats manual explains - step by step - how to configure the Innovaphone PBX. Most important steps are:

  • In General -> Admin, add a user with Administrator rights


  • In PBX -> Config -> General, tick the option Generate CDRs


  • In Gateway -> CDR0 or CDR1, enter the IP address and port for the InnoStats service


Innovaphone versions

InnoStats is tested and runs on V10, V11R1, V11R2, V12R1 and V12R2.

System Requirements

In order to run InnoStats, you need:

  • .NET framework 4.7.1
  • InnoStats license file
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2 Express database (or better)
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012R (or later)


InnoStats comes with a automated setup and bootstrap wizard in which connection with the database and PBX are made and a first user is created.
