MidaIVR is one product of the powerful Mida i-Suite. Mida i-Suite is an integrated software Framework that provides Value Added Services capable to enhance Telephone Voice Applications performances. The following Mida i-Suite products that have been certified in the Innovaphone environment: Mida Billing, Mida VoiceAttendant, MidaRec, MidaQueueManager, MidaBilling. MidaIVR is an open and flexible platform for Voice and IVR (Interactive Voice Responder) applications development in VOIP (H323, SIP) networks. It allows easy and fast development of customized solutions of Voice and IVR applications.

MidaIVR performs voice and touch tones detection during a normal extension call. The IVR system can respond with pre-recorded or dynamically generated audio to further direct callers on how to proceed. MidaIVR uses the technology leader Loquendo ( TTS and ASR tools, enabling the system to have Voice Recognition and Speech Generation capabilities.

MidaIVR consists in two different versions: MidaSmartIVR and MidaAdvancedIVR option.

MidaSmartIVR gives your customer a powerful IVR preconfigured engine, which may be personalized trough an easy to use WEB User Interface. Voice Messages, Time Schedule parameters, IVR behavior in general may be decided and configured when needed directly by your customer by means of this simple interface. All these system parameter may be configured to be different for different services/locations.

In case the application is particularly sophisticated, with the Advanced IVR Option Mida may create the IVR that best fits with your customer needs, providing the solution already installed and working.
