The auto transmission mode is pre-selected:

10m-hdx: | Corresponds to 10 MBit Half Duplex. |
10m-fdx: | Corresponds to 10 MBit Full Duplex. |
100m-hdx: | Corresponds to 100 MBit Half Duplex. |
