Innovaphone Compatibility Test Report

Summary

SIP Provider: sipcall business

The provider supports all required innovaphone features and is therefore qualified as recommended SIP Provider.

The Reverse Media Negotiation is not supported, therefore Media Relay/RTP Proxy must be activated, in order to prevent media negotiation problems while transfer the calls.

T.38 is stated as supported, but no fax call was possible, due T.38 negotiation problems. The T.38 gateway on provider site exceeds the T4 timer of the T.30 protocol. As a result, fax calls with T.38 do not work.

That being said, the provider has achieved 89% of all possible test points. For more information on the test rating, please refer to Test Description

Configuration

Firmware version

All innovaphone devices use V8 hotfix2 build 80500.04 as firmware.

SIP-Trunk

The SIP interface must be configured to act always as media relay, since no reverse media negotiation is supported. Also codec as exclusive must be activated in order no renegotiation can happen.

The From Header and Identity Header must be configured to send CGPN in user part of URI and Fixed AOR, in order the DDI works correctly.

Number Mapping

For 10 Numbers Block from +41325105070 to +41325105079, following number maps are configured:

Route Settings

Enblock dialling must be activated, since no overlap dialling is supported.

Interworking should not be activated, because it will disable PBX internal MoH and Provider will play MoH instead.

Media Relay

Media relay must be configured on SIP interface, since no reverse media negotiation is supported.
