Fax: Bad signal quality
This event is generated if the fax modem in the gateway receives a distorted analog fax signal.
The fax demodulator generates an eye pattern from the fax signal that shows amplitide and phase. The quality of the eye pattern is the EQM, a value between 0 ( good ) and 15 (bad). Values from 10 to 15 generate this event. Changing the fax transmit level (if present) or the transmit level of the analog interface should improve the EQM.
