With an Idle Reset, the VoIP device is reset as soon as there are no more active calls and no unsent CDR records or log messages.
Please note that this implies that a box can never do an idle reset, when CDRs and/or log messages cannot be sent due to a misconfiguration.
If you want to cancel the idle reset you have to switch to the General/Info page of the box and click on the red Idle reset Pending. Then you get the cancel button.
