We have been working with innovative communication solutions since 1998 and have constantly expanded our specialist knowledge. Driven by consistently recurring manufacturer training courses, we have focused on selected manufacturers.

Since 2007, we have operated a hosted PBX under the name Kapsch-Businesscom GmbH, which was expanded a few years later into an XaaS cloud solution under the name of K-Businesscom GmbH. Since then, we have been operating as a value-added distributor on the market with our solutions.

Due to the merger of K-Businesscom GmbH and CANCOM GmbH in 2024, a change in the area of voice distribution was also indispensable in order to counteract a consolidation of reseller and distribution business.

Since July 2024, we have been operating our solutions and distribution under the name of ITM GmbH, headquartered in Vienna.

ITM GmbH has been established as a supplier and system integrator in the field of voice and data communication since 1987. The consulting, analysis, planning, realization and support extends over numerous customers. Distribution of the existing voice products takes place via the contacts in Neuss.

Description

The functionkeys app allows users to conveniently configure the keys on their physical innovaphone IP-Phones.
The keys are displayed to the user in the same order as on the telephone, so that it is also possible to switch between two levels and add-on modules. Administrators also have the option of doing this on behalf of an end user.

Functions

The following keys actually implemented:

partner key
pickup
call forwarding
hide own number
direct call
message waiting
jopin group
boolean

For each function, only the required functions are queried according to the selection. If a reference to, for example, a group or a user is necessary, this is facilitated by a selection field with full-text search.

Licensing

Every user or administrator who wants to use the app needs a license.
