  **Top row: Bold alpha content DisplayName, Name (was numerical content: number)
  **Bottom row: optional Presence symbol, number, coloured object state.
  *BF entry width increased by a few px.
  *Pressing F10 or mouse-clicking the panel thumb is going to show the BF menu panel
  **Selector to choose between two layouts for bf entries
  **Erase button for selected entries
  *Drag&Drop a single bf entry onto another exchanges their positions
