The article describes the order process of a myApps Cloud PBX.
The installation and the use of the "myApps Cloud Service" require the conclusion of a contract between the reseller and innovaphone. In a medium term, the process of signing this contract will be available through a specific contract portal on the web. As a interim solution, until this portal will be available, our partners may download the contract below:
After downloading the respective contract, please proceed like this:
- Fill out the fields (company and contact data, email addresses, etc.)
- Tick the check boxes, to accept the specific terms and conditions.
- Save the contract including including the above information, and
- send the contract to mailto:myApps-Cloudcontracts@innovaphone.com
After receiving the contract, innovaphone will check the information, assign a contract number and return the contract for signature to the partner.
- The partner should print and physically sign the contract,
- scan the signed contract with all its pages and return the scanned document as PDF to mailto:myApps-Cloudcontracts@innovaphone.com
- Further, the original document shall be sent by mail to:

As soon as innovaphone receives a scanned copy of the contract, the respective cloud instances will be created.
