Description

Flowe is a Partner App developed by Wecom for the Innovaphone MyApps platform. It is designed to simplify the creation, edition, and management of XML scripts and Voicemail Objects within the PBX.

With a user-friendly and responsive interface optimized for mobile and desktop use, Flowe allows administrators to:

  • Create and edit XML scripts visually
  • Import and export script files
  • Create and assign scripts to IVRs (Interactive Voice Response systems)
  • Manage multi-language content (Portuguese, English, German)

Flowe enhances productivity by abstracting technical complexity and aligning with Innovaphone’s native schema definitions.

Functions

Scripts

An initial explanation of the main page of the script (CONTD').

Import Script

This function allows the user to import an existing XML script file into the system. The user selects a file from their local machine and uploads it to the Flowe app. Once imported, the script appears in the list of available scripts.

Search Script

Users can search for existing scripts using the search bar. The search is performed based on the script name and is dynamically updated as the user types.

Create New Script

This feature enables users to create a new script from scratch. The user defines the script name and starts building the logic visually by adding elements to the script editor.

...

URAs

Create New URA

This function allows users to create a new URA (Interactive Voice Response). The user provides a name, internal number, SIP number, and selects the script that will be linked to the URA.
