8377 - efficieny improvement

PCB layout prepared to improve SLIC power supply efficiency

8351 - improved MP8004 heat flow

31283 - R215 = 3,3kOhm

R215 = 3,3kOhm
Previously 1,2k pull down.

8374 - separate ETH interface termination

improves PoE startup when both ETH interfaces are connected

31297 - correct AC_DDR_CLK routing, shorten PCB below LEDs by 0.3mm
