The Adam KI-Phone application currently uses a standalone licensing model, fully managed by Adam GmbH. Third-party PBX providers do not provide licensing services for this application at this time.

A valid license is required to use the Adam KI-Phone application in production environments.
Note: Integration with third-party PBX licensing systems may be considered for future releases.
Specifics
- This license is deployment-based and applies per SIP voice channel (one license per concurrent channel).
- Trial Version (no charge):
- A trial account may be created without charge through the registration at adam-ai.de/Signup.
- Each trial deployment includes one SIP voice channel for testing purposes.
- The trial version is limited to a preset maximum of 14 days of evaluation period with basic functionality.
- After the trial period expires, the service will be suspended until a Paid License is obtained.
- Integrators should configure their PBX systems' call routing so that, in case of service suspension, calls overflow to an alternate destination—this ensures no call is lost.
- This trial version enables businesses to install Adam KI-Phone on their telephony infrastructure, demonstrate its capabilities, and validate functionality before purchasing a production license.
- Paid License (2025 Pricing):
- Standard Edition: €89 per month per SIP voice channel. Includes LLM tokens and 24/7 operation. Installation as Windows service application on customer premises.
- Easy Edition: €149 per month per SIP voice channel. Includes LLM tokens, 24/7 operation, and Microsoft Azure hosting (no customer hardware required).
- Enterprise Edition: Custom pricing upon request for individual enterprise solutions. Deployment on Microsoft Server or Microsoft Azure.
- The Paid License includes unlimited AI usage per channel and unlimited call handling; there is no additional charge for AI compute or call minutes once on a Paid License.
- License usage is billed monthly based on the selected subscription tier and number of active SIP channels.
- Adam KI-Phone license validation occurs at runtime; if a customer reaches their concurrent-channel limit, additional calls will receive appropriate handling as configured.
- The Adam KI-Phone application integrates seamlessly with existing TK systems and Cloud PBX platforms via SIP connectivity.
