Add notes to calls, search and filter call records, and instantly view a contact's call history and outstanding callbacks right from the Phone App. Access colleague notes, manage callbacks, and organize contacts into favorite groups – all in one app.

- Favorites
- Create and manage favorite lists containing favorite contacts, without a limit of 30 contacts
- Search directly for PBX users, or add custom targets, also federation support
- Use built-in actions to quickly call or message a user directly from the list

Admin App

- Set the auto show priority (a V16 and above function)
- 0 = in the phone app the app icon will be displayed and has to be clicked to see the content
- with a value >0 the content will be displayed directly in the phone app if no other app has the same or a higher priority value and sends parallel as extension to the phone app (apps like doorbell or call info plus could such an app be)
Multi-PBX ready
There are no known restrictions, but take a look here to configuration to set the PBX name.

Licensing
- innovaphone PBX Version V15r1 or above
- a user license is needed
- phone app extension needs also innovaphone phone lics, etc.
Prerequisites
- An innovaphone PBX and Application Platform with min. Firmware V15r1
- Valid licenses
- Knowledge of the PBX name of the PBX where to synchronize with
- Optional: Analytics app for sorting, filtering, time intervals and permission-based call list access
