Example process:

  • Greeting: e.g., "Welcome to your practice – how can we help you?"
  • Prompt: Type of request, name, date of birth, callback number – all automated and structured
  • Closing message: e.g., "Thank you – we will take care of your request as soon as possible."

Further settings are: call categories, voice, or specific transcript details that you can set-up individually.

Configuration

Prerequisites

  • Only Call forwarding to a German phone number
  • No further infrastructure needed.
  • innovaphone myApps as Web- or native client
  • accessible environment via the reverse proxy via SIP TCP
  • 1x Port for each VisualMailbox number is used for the registration in the PBX.

innovaphone PBX configuration

Create a useraccount in the PBX via UsersAdmin or the advanced UI with following credentials:

  • Username / H323 Name
  • Password
  • Number
  • HardwareID (for registering, with special options)
    • Reverse Proxy
    • Media Relay

mAIsolutions configuration

For technical setup at mAIsolutions, following environmental data are required:

  • PBX Server Address
  • SIP Domain (aka Systemname)
  • Useraccount (see above)
