Recording

Idle State

  • Text: Show a defined text when the key is not activated. Additionally, an icon can be displayed next to the text.

Active State

  • Text: Show a defined text when the key is activated. Additionally, an icon can be displayed next to the text.

Mode

  • Toggle Recording: Use the key to start/stop recording the conversation. Note: the Phone recording settings and Record to (URL) must be configured to use the function key.
  • Send Call Control: Send a control call to the specified Number/Name.
