The External UC object is used to out-source presence information service.
The presence information can be interrogated by other endpoints.
The PBX delegates presence subscriptions to this External UC as well as presence publish events.


Out-sourcing can be requested on a per user basis.
Every user object has an "External UC" attribute which delegates presence to the named External UC object.
