Requirements
- Microsoft Office Outlook Classic
- PBX Version 13r1
- myAPPs Windows launcher version 13r1
- configured MAPI profile in Outlook (connection to Exchange Account)
Configuration
The feature is always enabled.
Search Attributes
Search can be performed for firstname and/or lastname
Result Attributes
Following attributes within Outlook are displayed upon name search (if available):
- OFFICE_TELEPHONE_NUMBER
- MOBILE_TELEPHONE_NUMBER
- BUSINESS_FAX_NUMBER
Additionally since v13r1sr11
- OFFICE2_TELEPHONE_NUMBER
- HOME_TELEPHONE_NUMBER
- HOME2_TELEPHONE_NUMBER
Usage
Outlook Search will find contacts in all exchange accounts.
Tracing and logging
In the Tracing folder you will find logfiles named "myAppsOutlookSearch-*.txt"
Known limitations
- Works only with windows launcher and so Windows compliant only.
- Not compatible with the reverse name resolution, based on incoming calling party numbers.
