We have been working with innovative communication solutions since 1998 and have constantly expanded our specialist knowledge. Driven by consistently recurring manufacturer training courses, we have focused on selected manufacturers.
Since 2007, we have operated a hosted PBX under the name Kapsch-Businesscom GmbH, which was expanded a few years later into an XaaS cloud solution under the name of K-Businesscom GmbH. Since then, we have been operating as a value-added distributor on the market with our solutions.
Due to the merger of K-Businesscom GmbH and CANCOM GmbH in 2024, a change in the area of voice distribution was also indispensable in order to counteract a consolidation of reseller and distribution business.
Since July 2024, we have been operating our solutions and distribution under the name of ITM GmbH, headquartered in Vienna.
ITM GmbH has been established as a supplier and system integrator in the field of voice and data communication since 1987. The consulting, analysis, planning, realization and support extends over numerous customers. Distribution of the existing voice products takes place via the contacts in Neuss.
Description
The Cloud-Designer is the counterpart to PBX Designer.
The range of functions is identical, but the product differs in licensing and visual customizability.
Functions
The Cloud Designer contains all the function packages of the PBX Designer.

Licensing
When installing the Cloud-Designer, you agree to install and use the open source product ffmpeg.
The ffmpeg application is installed when you install the application and is used for audio conversion in the application.
The number of licenses required depends on the number of port licenses used on the customer PBX:

Example 1: If you use 13 PBX-Port licenses, you will need 1 service licenses for the customer PBX.
Example 2: If you use 101 PBX-Port licenses, you will need 5 service licenses for the customer PBX.
