Bosbec - About this application

In Bosbec, you can build integrations and automations in a low code environment connected to Innovaphone's PBX.

Examples could be to create

• Sms app ACD groups can chat with users via SMS.
• Create the possibility to create bookings of video meetings via the web for external parties.
• Integration with external services, for example retrieving groups (eg from Azure AD) or logging phone calls in a CRM.

Configuration

Instructions in Innovaphone

To communicate with Bosbec, a websocket needs to be set up that connects to a channel at Bosbec.

In order to create a video conference, an m-key must be extracted and inserted into Bosbec.

Instructions in Bosbec

• Create an account on Bosbec
• create your service or workflow https://bosbec.com/introduction-course/
• you will get a url that you need to put in to the Bosbec app in innovahpone.

Exampel of a template where external users book video meetings from an externa web.

• Create an account on Bosbec
• Log in and go to Services and My Services
• Click on the yellow plus sign on the right.
• Install the service called Innovaphone Conference call.
• Click Install
• Then go to Account Settings
• Go to the bottom left and select Add Row under Metadata
• Add
• -m_key under key and the m key you have under value
• -conf_url under key and the m url you have under value
• Save
• You will receive a url that you need to put in to the app if you are using the service through Innovaphone app store.

You need to publish your web.

• Go to Resources and Forms
• Select the form "Personal Code - Registration"
• Click on the three arrows on the right and select Generate form
• Select Generate
• Copy the link and put it on your web or in an email if you want to email it out.

To create the times that should be available to book

• Go to Services
• My Services
• Click on Innovaphone conference call
• Select the plus sign on the right
• Select Add Time Slot
• Set the time you want to publish
• Select Preview and Run
• Repeat the same thing to publish more times.
• Click on the link when you want to participate in the meeting.
