Plus Training – Information and Activation
This article gives you an overview of the most important information about the innovaphone Plus training.
Activating Your Account:
- You can activate your account directly via the Moodle training platform.
- Select the option IT Plus Overview on the Moodle homepage and choose your desired topic afterwards.
- Confirm your enrollment by clicking "Yes".
You will receive immediate access to the training materials. Please note that access is only enabled if your company has an active innovaphone Plus corporate subscription.
Support for Trainees:
Our Trainer-Team is available from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 13:00 via the innovaphone Plus Forum. Response time depends on the support demand but is usually less than 2 hours.

Each topic has a related forum. You can find it in the course overview, marked with a speech bubble (e.g., Forum (Conference infrastructure)).
Information on New Training Content and Feedback:
You will be informed about new topics through two channels:
While the innovaphone Wiki only provides an overview of currently published topics, the Community Platform also allows you to give feedback and ask questions regarding innovaphone trainings.
Access to Previously Attended Trainings:
The content and exercises from your previously attended trainings are available at any time. To access them, go to the Moodle homepage, select your profile, and choose your desired training.
