Techserv services (that is, 3rd Level Support (support@innovaphone.com) and Presales (presales@innovaphone.com)) can be reached via email. Issues will be looked at within 24 hours during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding public holidays in Baden-Württemberg, Germany). As we provide 3rd level support only, no time to fix limit can be set.
