All call data generated by the Innovaphone PBX, such as costs for mobile phones, equipment, devices, working hours and services, will be recorded and allocated. Via the web you can carry out evaluations easily. Depending on authorisation, every department and cost centre can carry out their own evaluations.

UC-Edition - Call Analytics

Based on the generated call data from the Innovaphone PBX, the UC-Edition offers variable evaluation options. Predefined evaluations provide a nicely put graphical view of the telephone accessibility or the trunk utilization. All graphics are commented automatically. Also use the evaluations to make sure the call-routing is optimal.

UC Analytics by aurenz - Call Accounting & Billing and Call Analytics

With the UC Edition you have the TwoInOne -solution and are able to calculate costs as well as analyze call data. With the UC Edition you will have the analysis for single connections as well as for hunt groups, in nicely put graphical representations.

AlwinPro collects all ICT costs and accurately assigns them to employees, departments and locations. Fixed costs, amortization costs and even work time costs can be collected, if desired. Additionally, business calls can be separated from private calls, whereby data privacy regulations are complied with, without infringing on anyone's privacy. With the AlwinPro module "XML Services" it is possible to initiate private calls by using PINs.
