This article serves as a starting point for configuration aspects relating to the interworking of Euro ISDN(EDSS1) supplementary services.

Advice Of Charge

Charging/Billing informations are going to be received from the PSTN by means of the supplementary service Advice Of Charge(AOC). No further configuration needs to be considered. If AOC informations were received the informations will be written into call detail records(CDR) at the receiving ISDN gateway.

Call Diversion

Calls diverted towards the PSTN are going to carry the information of the redirecting/diverting endpoint. That information is also known at the protocol level as divertingLegInformation2.

Partial Rerouting

Partial Rerouting allows to divert incoming calls in such, that no ISDN resources are needed in between the PSTN and the ISDN gateway. Detailed within the following article:

Call Completion

No extra configuration required. May work if this feature is supported by EDSS1 carrier.

Explicit Call Transfer

No extra configuration required. May work if this feature is supported by EDSS1 carrier.
