FAQ: What could be wrong when IP200 doesnt show missed calls? Just call comes in and if caller hangs up then no information about call remains on IP200 screen. Factory reset didnt help.
Answer: That seems to be a provider problem because the call clearing comes with the wrong cause code "non-selected user clearing". In such a case the IP200 is not storing the information in the call list.
