The ringing function can be controlled via a function key, with the Active and Idle states available for selection.
There are 4 Actions that can be defined for Do Not Disturb.
Action
- do not ring - incoming calls continue to be displayed on the display.
- reject call(busy) - caller gets busy, or the CFB is executed.
- ignore call (no response) -callw ill be ignored or CFNR will be executed
- out of office (ignore call and send absence message) - here a text can be entered- thts text will be shown up as message at the caller. (this works only in the PBX , also in a multi side PBX scenario)
