RFP unsynchronized (RFPInit)
Four common reasons:
- The IPBS has lost contact for nine minutes with the RFPI used as synchronization source.
- The IPBS is not PSCN synchronized (Primary Receiver Scan Carrier Number).
- The IPBS is not MFN synchronized (MultiframeNumber).
- The IPBS is not slot number synchronized.
