The ringing function can be controlled via a function key, with the Active and Idle states available for selection.
There are 4 Actions that can be defined for Do Not Disturb.
Action
- do not ring - incoming calls continue to be displayed on the display.
- reject call(busy) - caller gets busy, or the CFB is executed.
- ignore call (no response) -call will be ignored or CFNR will be executed
- out of office (ignore call and send absence message) - here a text can be entered- that text will be shown up as message at the caller. (this works only in-between the PBX , also in a multi side PBX scenario)
Applies to
- default
- any call
- external calls
- internal calls
