Description
The trizwo Support App aims to facilitate support cases. The app has especially been developed for innovaphone partners and administrators, who administrate myApps installations themselves.
Functions
Short summary of the most important features:
- Editable Homepage: Contact information as well as procedural instructions can be saved here.
- Users of the telephone system receive contact information or links of the innovaphone partners‘ IT support.
- The homepage can be edited in the editor.
- To create a support ticket configuration data as well as system logs are needed.
- Via the Report-function vital data as well as logs can be accessed and summarized in a report.zip file.
- Through List Creator information of user objects in the PBX can be exported into various formats.
- Lists can be created, that show which license is assigned to which user.
