This area shows the current state of active calls at the phone. Following a field description in left to right order:
- Protocol: Protocol used for this call. Displayed in format <protocol>:<mode>.
- Possible values for <protocol>:
- H323EFC - H.323 with extended fastconnect
- H323FC - H.323 with fastconnect
- H323/H245T - H.323 with H.245 tunneling
- H323/H245 - H.323 with seperate H.245
- SIP - SIP
- <mode> indicates the operating mode of the given protocol. This can be
- TRANSIT - Media Negotiation is forwarded transparently
- LOCAL - protocol entity acts as endpoint
- REMOTE - media negotiation is translated to other protocol
- PAUSE - protocol entity is in paused state.
- Possible values for <protocol>:
- Number: Number of local user in call.
- Name: Name of local user in call.
- Media: Locally used voice coder.
- Bracket values from left to right:
- Round trip (RT): Transit time of a data packet from A to B and back again.
- Jitter: Statistical variance of the RTP data packet interarrival time.
- Packet loss (PL): Number of lost packets (sent by local but not received by remote subscriber).

- Bracket values from left to right:
- Addr: local device ip-address and used port for outgoing RTP-traffic. Zero-port-only display indicates a held call w interrupt of the RTP-stream at holding user.
- Dir: Calling direction.
- Number: Number of remote user in call. Not displayed if remote party is calling and has activated CLIR.
- Name: Name of remote user in call. Not displayed if remote party is calling and has activated CLIR.

- Addr: remote device ip-address and used port for incoming RTP-traffic. Zero-port-only display indicates a held call w interrupt of the RTP-stream at holding user.
- State: Current call state. Possible values: "alerting" (on calling device), "ringing" (on called device), Connected. A lock behind the State indicates an encrypted connection.
- Action: Possibility to "accept" or "reject" an incoming call, "drop" a current or initiate / "Dial" a new call.
