FAQ: Is it possible to use a innovaphone softwarephone with a Citrix Presentation server?

Yes it is possible. The innovaphone softwarephone is able wot work on a Citrix Presentation server 4.0.

Local softphone in combination with remote desktop: If you are using a local installed innovaphone softwarephone V9, you have problems to use the "click to call"-hotkey (ex. F8) in the remote desktop. To solve this, the innovaphone reseller iDRIFT has created a little software you can install locally to rederect the hotkey from the remote desktop to the local desktop.
