V5 limitation IP200,Ip200A
That depends on the length and additional info's of the entries to be stored (on Name, Number,H.323-ID )
In V5 the maximum entry was 3027 (in the 256kb flash of the phone) - that could be achieved when only short name + number be stored.

In V6 we have implemented an Ldap directory so that entries need more space .
The limit here is 2000 entries.
