Innovaphone Compatibility Test Report
Summary
SIP Provider: DirectCall
The provider supports all required innovaphone features and is therefore qualified as recommended SIP Provider.
That being said, the provider has achieved 78,77% of all possible test points. For more information on the test rating, please refer to Test Description

There exist some known issues regarding CGPN and Blind Transfer function. More details bellow.
Current test state
The tests for this product have been completed and it has been approved as a recommended product (Certification document).
Testing of this product has been concluded January of 2013.
Testing Enviroment
This scenario describes a setup where the PBX and phones are in a private network.
- the SIP trunk is configured with Media Relay and without exclusive coder. This is the case when the test for "Reverse Media Negotiation" fails

Configuration
Firmware version
All innovaphone devices use V9 hf19 as firmware.
SIP - Trunk
- Media-Relay it's necessary have audio both ways.

- Force enblock it's necessary for outgoing calls.
Known Issues
- When doing Blind Transfer the caller that is transferred receive session in progress of provider but this doesn't contain any Ringing or Audio. If we setup exclusive coder then we will have internal ringing on this case.
- On Loop In call the CGPN displayed it's not the correct one.
