Although we do not have any special "weather-proof" bases/repeaters in the portfolio, many customers have managed to put the bases into custom plexi cases.

IP1200 and repeater housing for outdoor environment

This works well.

As an example, google for "Hensel KG9003" which will yield an IP54/64 compliant housing.
