There has been a suggestion to it as follows:
option 3 in the IP 24 you can do this in Gateway interface at the programmed Interface, insert a roule CDPN in 0 -> 00
Unfortunately, this doesn't do the full trick: users would expect to call same local area subscriber numbers just as is (e.g. in Germany / Sindelfingen the would expect that just dialling 730090 calls innovaphone). However, this solution would result in a call to extension 79.
