With the Bc Conference PBX object, you define the broadcast Conference Object.
So that when you dial this conference object all users in this group will be called via this Bc Conference Object.
An active conference that invites all users what are in the same group as the Bc Conference object.
There is no need to register this Bc Conference Object somewhere.
Broadcast Conference
External Conference User Name
If not the local Pbx should act as a conference server you need to configure there an object that points to an external Gateway. If the local Pbx/Gatewax plays also the Conference there is no need to configure anything here. |
Create Dynamic Conference Id
To open a conference room - conference Id´s are needed (it is possible to have many different conference Id´s under one Conference number) - so with dynamic conference id´s for each conference are done automatically |
Conference Id
If no Dynamic Conference Id is set then put here a number for the Conference Id |
Conference Id Prefix
To open a conference room you can configure a prefix - for the Innovaphone CONF Interface leave it empty. |
Conference Id Suffix
To open a conference room you can configure a suffix - the Innovaphone CONF Interface needs a '#'. |
Alert Timeout
If after the Alert timeout and nobody picks up the Phone it gets disconnected |
Allow Call only Group Members
Everybody can call the Bc Conference Object, if the conference is running and the Allow Call only Group Members is not set |
*note* Only IP6000, IP800 and IP305 support local conferencing, one DSP is in use for each user in a conference call.
*note* In IP6000s with hardware ID 101 to 108 the CONF interface/hardware is not working.
If no Broadcast conference is needed - only a "normal" conference then please go to
