FAQ: Do you have a special telephone for hearing-impaired persons?
We don't have telephones specially designed for hearing-impaired persons. You will find plenty of such telephones on the market though which can be hooked to the innovaphone PBX using the IP21 analogue adapter.
However, GN-Netcom has a headset in the portfolio that is geared towards hearing-impaired customers. It is the GN2100 Telecoil. Although we have not explicitly tested this version of the GN2100, we tested the standard version and it worked fine.
